Account Executive

Coastal Credit, LLC is a national auto lender with 30 years of success in the Automotive Marketplace. In June of 2015, we restructured our business operations and relocated our Corporate Headquarters to Carmel, IN. We are now looking for an ambitious individual to join our team as an Account Executive in the Boston, MA area.

As an Account Executive at Coastal Credit you are the face of the Company with our dealers. Your ability to leverage your knowledge of the industry and your relationships with your dealers in the market will translate into your ability to successfully drive the Contract volume in your market. Itís not easy Ė if it was, anyone could do it. Your ability to provide best-in-class service to your dealers will determine the value they place in you and Coastal Credit. In Sub-Prime auto finance, creating value, equals success. To ensure your success, we provide you with the training, programs and technology you will need to help your dealers sell more cars and make more money. And when your dealers make more money, so will you.

- Effectively manage dealer relationships to achieve Application, Approvals and Booked Loan volume objectives
- Manage existing dealer relationships while actively pursuing new dealer relationship opportunities
- Train Dealers on our program, funding requirements and ancillary products (VSC & GAP)
- Address dealer performance issues in a timely manner
- Stay abreast on competitors and their programs within the market
- Follow up on all Approvals and Counter Offers within the market and input notes on deal status within the Loan origination System
- Work closely with Credit Buyers and Dealer Network to improve the quality of Applications received to increase Approvals/Counter offers and improve conversion rates (Look to Book)
- Work with Funding Team and Dealer Network to ensure timely funding on Contracts Received
- Review Auto Count Reports to identify Booked Loan opportunities within the market

- Bachelorís Degree preferred
- 5+ years prior experience working in or with auto dealerships
- Sub-prime Auto Finance Experience preferred
- Existing relationships with auto dealers in the assigned market
- Extensive Automotive Industry experience and knowledge
- Demonstrated success as a consistent top sales performer
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Consultative sales approach
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively develop and maintain strong business relationships
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills while managing multiple tasks
